What is PDFfans?
PDFfans is an online platform offering 200+ tools for working with PDF, image, document, audio, and video files — including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, and more. Everything runs in your browser, with no software to install.
How many tools are available?

Do I need to create an account?
No — most tools work without signing up. Creating a free account lets you access higher file limits and, if you subscribe to a paid plan, additional features and priority processing.

What's the difference between the Free, Silver, and Gold plans?
- Free — no signup required, up to 50MB uploads.
- Silver ($5/mo) — up to 200MB uploads, full tool access, priority support.
- Gold ($10/mo) — unlimited uploads, full tool access, and premium support.

How do I upgrade my plan?
Create a free account, visit the Pricing page, choose Silver or Gold, and complete checkout. Your account is upgraded immediately after payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal and major credit/debit cards via Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from your account dashboard — no questions asked. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Files & Data
Is my data secure?
Yes. Connections to PDFfans are encrypted, and files you upload are used only to perform the tool you requested. Files are removed from our servers after processing — see our Privacy Policy for full details.
How large a file can I upload?
Upload limits depend on your plan: 50MB on the Free plan, 200MB on Silver, and unlimited on Gold.
