All website content — including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, code and functionality — is the property of PDFfans unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or publicly display any part of the website without our prior written consent.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
The core tools are currently free to use. Where paid plans or premium features are offered:
- Prices, features and billing cycles will be shown clearly before purchase.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are handled by third-party payment processors under their own terms; we do not store full payment card details.
- Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the refund terms presented at the point of purchase and applicable consumer-protection law.
6. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will meet your requirements, that output will be error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or fully secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFfans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
