Good to know: the PDF shows your data as a clean table, not an exact copy of the sheet. Cell colors, fonts, borders, merged cells, column widths, images, charts and conditional formatting are not carried over, and print areas and page breaks set in Excel are ignored. The first row of every sheet is treated as the header row. Formulas print their last saved result. Only .xlsx and .xls files are accepted, so CSV files must be saved as Excel first. The font used covers Latin text, so Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic and other scripts may not display correctly. A sheet with many columns squeezes them onto the page width, so pick the wider orientation or Legal for those.
Drop your .xlsx or .xls file onto the tool, choose a page size and table style, then click Convert. The PDF downloads when it is ready.
Yes. Every sheet that has data is included, each starting on a new page with its name above the table. Empty sheets are skipped.
No. The PDF shows your data in a table styled by the Table Style you pick. Cell colors, fonts, merged cells, images and charts are not reproduced.
Not here. The tool accepts .xlsx and .xls only. Open the CSV in Excel, save it as .xlsx and convert that file.
Switch Orientation to the wider page and set Page Size to Legal. You can also hide or delete columns you don't need in Excel before converting.
No. The conversion runs in your browser, so the file stays on your device. The page shows your current file size limit, and a free account raises it.
No account. No upload queues. No fine print. Just pick a tool and you're done.
