Good to know: the PDF is a plain table view of your data, not a copy of how the sheet looks. Cell colors, fonts, merged cells, charts, images and column widths are not carried over, and the first row of each sheet is used as the table header. Cells show their displayed values, not their formulas. The built-in PDF font covers basic Latin letters, so Arabic, Chinese and other scripts may come out garbled. Your file size limit is shown on this page, and a free account raises it. Working with Excel files instead? Try Excel to PDF.
Drop the .ods file onto the tool, choose a page size and orientation, then click Convert to PDF. The PDF downloads automatically.
Yes. Every sheet that contains data starts on its own page, with a heading made of the file name and the sheet name. Empty sheets are skipped.
No. The PDF shows the data as a clean table. Cell colors, fonts, merged cells, charts and images are left out. Characters outside basic Latin letters may also come out garbled, because the PDF uses a built-in font.
Yes. Add all the files, drag the cards into the order you want, and convert once. Each sheet from each file follows in that order.
No. The file is processed in your browser, so it stays on your device from start to finish.
Choose Landscape in PDF Settings. The tool fits the table to the page width, so a sheet with many columns gets narrow columns and wrapped text on a portrait page.
No account. No upload queues. No fine print. Just pick a tool and you're done.
