Good to know: this is not a reflowable web page. Each page is a picture of the original, so fonts, columns, tables and links are not rebuilt as HTML. The text block underneath is plain text in reading order guessed from position, and scanned PDFs give an empty text block because there is no OCR here. Pages become separate files, and high scale settings make large HTML files because the image is stored inside them. For text only, try PDF to Text.
Drop your PDF onto the tool, pick quality, scale and whether to include text, then click Convert to HTML. Download one page at a time or all pages as a ZIP.
Yes, because each page is shown as an image of the original. The trade-off is that it is a picture, not live HTML. Headings, tables and columns are not rebuilt as separate elements.
Only the optional text block under the image. It is plain text with line breaks, so you can copy it out or edit it, but the image above it stays as it is.
The image part works. The text block will be empty, since the tool reads text that is already in the file and does not run OCR. Use an OCR tool first if you need the words.
No. The conversion is processed in your browser, so the PDF never leaves your device.
Your file size limit is shown on this page, and a free account raises it.
No account. No upload queues. No fine print. Just pick a tool and you're done.
